Together with NTT DATA Business Solutions and Workday Designers, they completely reimagined the TA workflow, combining technology, design thinking, and best practices.

In this presentation, Samuli Kivilehto will share Metso’s holistic approach to redesigning the talent acquisition process. During the project, Service design was used in re-designing the TA process, the roles and organization was reshaped and of course the improvements were made into SuccessFactors. Samuli will talk about the journey, lessons learned, key challenges faced and the tangible impact of project.
