Martela will take the stage with an inspiring keynote on Keys to well-being at work - How to strengthen well-being and achievement through intrinsic motivation. Drawing from research in psychology and philosophy, he explores what truly drives people, and how workplaces can foster motivation, purpose, and long-term well-being. 

Martela's newest book was released in March 2025: Stop chasing happiness: a pessimist's guide to a good life.
